Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days — FREE on orders above ₹499
- Express Delivery: 4–5 business days — ₹99 additional charge
- Remote areas may take 10–15 business days
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at grahakhubindia@gmail.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. Grahak Hub is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
